Buildings & Site Plan

House Platano is our main building and, together with the reception, it houses the dining room and the Grotto. It is centrally located and has two upper floors that can be accessed via the lift. There are 8 grand lit rooms and 2 single rooms on the first floor. The second floor offers 6 duplex 4-bed rooms, 4 duplex 2-bed rooms, and one twin room. All of our rooms in the House Plantano feature their own bathroom with washbasin and shower/WC. The building is ideally suited to families and groups of adults. Solo travellers are welcome also. 

The Paradiso is located in the eastern part of our site and offers a view of the lake and the small forest. It has two floors and a lift and is ideally suited to adults and families. Solo travellers are also welcome at Paradiso. It features a total of 19 twin rooms on the two floors, each equipped with their own bathroom, TV, and balcony or loggia.

House Cedro is located next to the Plantano main building, close to the children’s playground, the table tennis and table football tables, and the boccia court. The building is often used to accommodate youth groups and offers 5 four-bed duplex rooms, 1 three-bed duplex room, 4 two-bed duplex rooms with washbasin, showers, and toilets on the landing, and one twin room with balcony and private bathroom.

The Vigna building offers 6 four-bed duplex rooms, each with two mattresses on a small mezzanine, and 4 double duplex rooms with a mattress above. The duplex rooms have a washbasin, and showers, and toilets on the landing. The house also has a twin room with a balcony and bathroom.

The Castagno house offers the same layout as the Vigna house. 6 four-duplex rooms, 4 two-duplex rooms and 1 twin room with balcony and private bathroom. The duplex rooms have a washbasin, showers on the floor and toilets.

The Vigna and Castagno houses are located right next to each other and are ideally suited to accommodating youth groups. Where possible, we reserve an entire house per group.

House Boscaccio was extensively renovated during winter 2016/’17. It is completely wheelchair-accessible and is perfectly suitable for the accommodation of people with disabilities. It is located in close proximity to the large pool and the garden. The extensive grounds of Centro Magliaso are largely barrier-free. The house features 12 wheelchair-accessible twin rooms with nursing beds, shower and WC, and 2 single rooms with shower/WC. Some rooms have a balcony or loggia. Patient lifts, shower chairs and other aids are available on request.

There are also four more outside houses within the spacious grounds of the Centro Magliaso.

House Palma

House Palma is located near to the dining room, the boccia court, the table tennis and table football tables, and the children’s playground. The building offers 2 triple rooms and 2 twin rooms, one with a nursing bed. All rooms feature a washbasin, and there is a shared shower and toilet in the corridor. By the way: this house consists of two house halves which can also be reserved separately. 

House Castelletto

House Castelletto is situated directly on the lakeshore. On the ground floor it features a wheelchair-accessible triple room with washbasin and nursing bed as well as a twin room (not barrierfree) with washbasin. The rooms on the ground floor share a shower and toilet on the corridor. Therefore, we prefer to give these rooms to a family or group. On the upper floor, there are also a twin and a triple room with balcony, shower and their own toilets. By the way: the two floors of this house can also be reserved separately. 

House Rosetta 

House Rosetta offers a twin room with a washbasin and two nursing beds, one single bed, and a further twin room with standard beds. The three rooms have a shared, wheelchair-accessible shower and toilet in the corridor. The bike room is situated next to House Rosetta.

House Miralago

House Miralago is located directly on the lakeshore and offers a beautiful view of the lake and the park. The building features 2 twin rooms with washbasin, shared shower and toilet, and a private terrace. The two rooms can be connected via a connection door.
